FAQ

  • Q Can I enter more than one category?
    Multiple entries in the same category by the same person will result in disqualification. However, you may enter up to five different categories if they are different events.
  • Q Can I enter on behalf of someone else?
    Entry must be made by the entrant himself/herself. Entry by anyone other than the entrant (fraudulent entry/transfer of rights) will not be accepted.
  • Q How old do I have to be to enter?
    You may enter the competition as long as you are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Q Is it possible for the general public to enter?
    Anyone with experience in treatment is eligible to enter. We ask that you be able to perform the treatment smoothly and without stopping for 30~35 minutes as recording time.
  • Q Is there a dress code for competitions?
    Please refrain from competing in excessively revealing uniforms. Please check the tournament rules for details.
  • Is it necessary to prepare a model?
    During the competition, the athletes will take turns performing on each other as models. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a model. However, if you have any specific concerns or difficulties regarding being a model due to your physical condition, please contact us in advance through the "Contact Form" for assistance.
  • Q What is the entry process?
    <STEP1 Payment> Please complete payment from the ENTRY page. <STEP2 Entry> After payment is completed, an entry form (Google Form) will be sent to the email address you entered during payment. Please enter the required information on the entry form (Google Form) and submit the form to complete your entry. Required Information Name E-mail address (*Please enter the same e-mail address used for payment) Nationality Category of entry(*Please enter the same e-mail address used for payment) <STEP3 Upload your video> After submitting the form and completing your entry, an entry completion email will be sent to the email address you entered on the form. Upload your video according to the following process. You will receive a URL for video upload in the entry confirmation email. First, be sure to change the file name of the video you want to upload. Make sure to include the [Order Number] provided in the email sent upon payment completion in the file name. [Order Number]: This is an alphanumeric code listed in the PDF attached to the entry confirmation email. Example of File Name: 2W8M-1HZW-36X.mp4 After changing the file name, click on the video upload URL to access the upload page. (2) Once you have accessed the upload page, please enter your "Name" and "E-mail address" and upload your video. *But please include "Order Number" in the file name of the video to be uploaded. (3) Once uploaded, your entry is complete!  Please wait for the results. Note: Due to the system, registration completion emails will be delivered between 10:00-19:00 (JST) (GMT+9). If you do not receive the email immediately, your entry form submission is still complete. Please do not worry
  • How do I pay for my competition entry?
    Entry payment can only be made by "credit card" or "debit card". The following credit card brands are accepted. VISA MasterCard American Express Card (AMEX) JCB Diners Club Discover Card
  • Can you issue an entry receipt?
    They will not issue an entry receipt, so you can use the "usage statement" issued by your credit card company.
  • Q Can I change the type of event?
    No changes can be made to the events once the entries are completed.
  • Q Can I cancel or get a refund after entry?
    No cancellation is allowed after the entry is completed. Entry fees are also non-refundable.
  • Q If the tournament is cancelled or postponed, will the entry fee be refunded?
    Entry fees will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or postponement due to Internet problems. The organizers will not be liable for any expenses incurred in participating in the event.
  • Q Do you offer telephone inquiries?

  • I have not received any information email from the Management Office.
    Please make sure that your e-mail address has not been classified as spam. Also, please check your settings for receiving the following domains. info@world-massage-championship.com Please note that it may take some time for us to send you an email confirming the completion of your entry form submission. Please understand this in advance.
  • I have not received a reply to my email inquiry from the Management Office.
    Depending on the status of your inquiry, it is likely to take 3~5 business days after your inquiry.
